Installed Colombus Crew supporters after the club recruited Wessam Abou Ali.
Wessam Abou Ali is a Danish -born player who is now defending the Palestinian national team.Before joining Colombus Crew, Abou Ali played for the Egyptian club, Al Ahly.
Regarding this transfer, MLS provides an exception to the Colombus Crew regarding the policy of marks, flags, and Palestinian banners.
The permit was granted MLS after the crew submitted the request on behalf of The Nordecke.The Nordecke is an independent organization of the club supporters group.
“The Columbus Crew embraces the power of football to unite people from all levels of society in the dressing room, stadiums and our community,” a Crew spokesman said in a statement quoted from

.
The exception of this MLS opens opportunities for The Nordecke to display a flag from the country of birth of each player or senior national team in the section specified at the Lower.com Field Stadium.
Crew fans are expected to comply with flag policies from MLS.Because, no other flags are permitted outside the specified section.
In addition to the Palestinian flag, other flags that can be displayed are: Algeria, Argentina, Canada, Tanjung Verde, Denmark, Finland, France, Ghana, Guatemala, Hungary, Liberia, Nigeria, Ukraine, United States, and Uruguay.
Wessam Abou Ali himself has defended Palestine since 2024. Until now the 26 -year -old player has 10 times a Palestinian costume by scoring 4 goals.Previously, Abou Ali defended the Danish age group national team.
