This case is related to the cooperation between PT Inhutani and PT PML in 2018 which is allegedly an act against the law.
PT PML is said to not carry out the obligation to pay Land and Building Tax (PBB) for the 2018-2019 period of Rp2.31 billion, and a reforestation loan of Rp500 million per year, and has not yet reported the implementation of activities to PT Inhutani per month.
Although with these problems, in early 2024 PT PML continued to continue to continue cooperation with PT Inhutani to re -manage the forest area at the Register 42, Register 44, and Register 46 based on the Cooperation Agreement (PKS) of the two parties changed in 2018.
To take care of the cooperation, Asep said that there was money suspected of bribery given.
In the silent operation process yesterday, the KPK confiscated Sin $ 189,000 or around Rp2.4 billion (current exchange rate) and rupiah currency Rp.8.5 million, and a unit of Rubicon and Pajero car owned by Dicky Yuana Rady.
For his actions, Dicky Yuana Rady as the recipient of the bribery was allegedly violating Article 12 letter a or b or Article 11 of the Corruption Eradication Act (Corruption Law).
While Djunaidi and Aditya as bribery are allegedly violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or b or Article 13 of the Corruption Act in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
Asep informed that a weak forest supervision system has resulted in a state loss of at least Rp35 billion per year and has the potential to eliminate the potential for non-tax state revenue (PNBP) of Rp. 15.9 trillion per year.
Corruption practices in the forestry sector that are vulnerable to occur are bribery for licensing of forest land use.
