AGO has denied the reason for the execution of the court’s decision to the Solmet General Chairman
Silfester Matutina
Because his brother -in -law is a South Jakarta Kejari employee.
“No (true) there is this information,” said Head of the Legal Information Center of the Attorney General’s Office Anang Supriatna when confirmed via text message, Wednesday (8/13).
Previously crowded on social media video that said the reason Silfester was not executed because there was a brother -in -law who worked at the South Jakarta Kejari.
“Info A100, many have asked why Mr. Silfester Matutina who was sentenced since 2019 for slandering Mr. Jusuf Kalla was never executed. The answer was only one, because in Kejari there was an in -laws,” said the Instagram account @gianluigich.
Until now there has been no statement from Silfester or his legal counsel regarding the polemic that Silfester has not detained.cartitleloansIndonesia has tried to contact Silfester but has not received an answer.
Silfester was charged with a case of alleged defamation and slander after Solihin Kalla who was a child of Jusuf Kalla reported it in 2017 related to his words in a speech.
In his speech, Silfester accused Vice President Jusuf Kalla of using the SARA issue of winning the Anies Baswedan-Sandiaga Uno pair in the DKI Jakarta Election.
Silfester was later sentenced to a sentence of 1 year in prison on July 30, 2018. The decision was then strengthened at the appeal level which was read on October 29, 2018. At the cassation level, the panel of judges aggravated Silfester’s sentence to be a sentence of 1 year and 6 months in prison.
But until now the decision of the Cassation Panel of Judges has not yet been executed.The latest, Silfester actually submitted a request for a review (PK) at the South Jakarta District Court.
