“The official investigation team announced the fugitive status included in the People’s Search List (DPO) of the CD suspect (Cheryl Darmadi). This is in accordance with the Investigation Order of the Director of Investigation of the Youth Attorney General Special Crimes Number: PRIN-16/F.2/FD.2/12/2024 dated December 31, 2024,” said the Indonesian Agency.

The AGO has named Cheryl as a suspect on December 31, 2024. He was named a suspect in money laundering in the corruption case of PT Duta Palma Group in Indragiri Hulu Regency.
