Update from the AGO about the hunt for Riza Chalid to Jurist Tan

Attorney General’s Office (

) RI coordinated with Interpol to find the suspects who were on the People’s Search List (DPO) and allegedly fugitive abroad, from the Oil merchant M Riza Chalid and the former Staff of the Menjudristek Nadiem Makarim, Jurist Tan.
Kapuspenkum Attorney General Anang Supriatna said that for the search for Riza Chalid, his party had submitted an application to MCB Interpol for Red Notice.
“For MRC (Mohammad Riza Chalid). We have asked in addition to summons, we have also made a request for Red Notice to MCB Interpol in Indonesia to be continued,” he said, on the sidelines of attending the inauguration of office buildings and facilities in the Bali High Prosecutors’ Office, Denpasar, Tuesday (16/9) evening.
“As for Jurist Tan. We have also asked Red Notice and from MCB (Interpol), it has been forwarded to the Interpol in Lyon, France. Just waiting for approval from French Lyon.
He also said that the process of searching for fugitives abroad through the Red Notice facility was carried out on Cheryl Darmadi.

) That’s all.Including his son Surya Dharmadi (Cheryl Darmadi), and Jurist Tan, and MRC, “he continued.
He ensured the existence of three different corruption case suspects so far was known to be abroad.
“Their last position is abroad. Three all abroad. (For any country) I cannot express it, I have been monitored,” he said.
Riza Chalid became a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina for the 2018-2023 period.
Jurist Tan became a suspect in the alleged corruption case of digitalizing education in the procurement of chromebook laptops in the Ministry of Education and Culture.
While Cheryl Darmadi is a suspect of alleged money laundering (TPPU) in the corruption case of PT Duta Palma Group,
