Polda Metro Jaya named 16 people as suspects related to the destruction cluster during the action
demonstration

“In general, we convey we have arrested 16 suspects from 4 different crime scenes,” said Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Asep Edi Suheri in a press conference at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Monday (9/15).
The four crime scenes include cafes in Kemehut, Transjakarta Stop in front of the Ministry of Basic Education (Kemendikdasmen), in front of the Parliament Building/MPR and finally at the Metro Jaya Police Stop.
In addition, the Jakarta Metropolitan Police also issued 5 police reports (LP) and secured 53 evidence consisting of CCTV, Molotov bottles, HP.helmets, masks, stones, firecrackers.
“We also secure evidence of sticks and water heating dispensers,” he said.
Previously, the Jakarta Metropolitan Police named six people as suspects in the alleged incitement case in the wave of demonstrations some time ago.
The six people are the Director of Lokataru Foundation, Delpedro Marhaen (DMR) as well as the admin of the Instagram account @lokataru_foundation, Muzaffar Salim (MS) as the Lokataru staff and the Admin Instagram account @blokpolitik learning.
Then, Syahdan Husein (SH) as the admin of the Instagram account @GejayanMon called, Khariq Anhar (KA) as the admin of the Instagram account @alalsimahasiswapenggat, Rap as the admin of the IG @Rap account and played a role in making a tutorial on making Molotov bombs and as coordinators of couriers on the field, and Figha Lesmana (FL) as the admin of the Tiktok @fighaaaa account.
On Tuesday (9/9) yesterday, the Coordinating Minister for Legal, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections Yusril Ihza Mahendra had met and communicated with Delpedro Metro Jaya Police Detention Center.
From within a detention cell, Delpedro conveyed to Yusril that he was innocent in the alleged case of the current ensnared.
“Thank you and God willing, I am ready to follow the legal process. How, we will see going forward later. God willing, from me, I am permanent, God willing, I am innocent,” Delpedro said in the video uploaded in the Yusril @yusrilihzamhd Instagram account.
