Garuda Muda appeared dominant and successfully defeated Macau 5-0 in the second match of Group J at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium, East Java, Saturday (6/9).
Arkhan Fikri contributed one goal in this fight.The other four were created thanks to the suicide goals of Ieong Lek Hang, Rayhan Hannan, Zanadin Fariz, and Rafael Struick.
After the match, Arkhan Fikri, who was given the confidence to become the captain of the team, gave thanks for the victory achieved.He hopes that Garuda Muda can appear Spartan in the decisive match against South Korea.

The Arema FC midfielder appealed to his team -mates to prepare mentally as possible to face South Korea with the status of a leading team in Group J.
“What is certain is mental [that needs to be prepared]. The problem is that there is already a direction from the coach. We just need to respond to what the coach has directed and the high fighting spirit and playing aggressively like that,” Arkhan said.
Victory over Macau makes Indonesia go up to second place with a collection of four points.Because Indonesia is only able to achieve a goalless draw in the inaugural match against Laos.
Indonesia must conquer South Korea in the final match of Group J as a condition of qualifying automatically to the 2026 U-23 Asian Cup finals. This determination duel will be held at the Gelora Delta Sidoarjo Stadium on Tuesday (9/9).
