This is because the celebration of independence is meant not only to be a party of Indonesian people, but also involves local residents in IOW.The Indonesian community at IOW, uses the momentum of Independence Day to embrace the local community so that this annual event is always crowded with local communities, ranging from local officials, both mayors, council members, officials representing the Queen or King of England, to ordinary people.
